Ordipack is manufacturer of paper bag, bakery bag, two side open snack/ burger bag and diffrent sorts of felxible packaging based in Izmir, Turkiye.
Our production facility is designed to integrate the latest standards in terms of hygiene with a focus towards the environment, and we manufacture food grade packaging products with the lowest possible emissions. On top of that we always keep customers ahead of everythig else.
The main features of our flat paper bags for bread and bakery products are as follows:
- In-line printing up to 4 colors with water-based ink, off-line up to 8 colors
- Transparent window strip, centered or offset, with or without hot needle perforation
- Fully laminated bag, with or without a window
- Bags with wicket application for automatic filling
- Bags laminated and perforated for reheating
These bags are suitable for food contact for products such as donuts, croissants, bread, baguettes,
sandwiches, as well as burgers, hot panini and toasts. Our windowed bags, while maintaining the freshness of the products, also emphasize the visual features of the product and our fully laminated, perforated bags can be reheated in the oven together with the product. Which offers convenience for both the staff and the client, and minimizes the contacts with the product.
Some information about our facility and projects:
The first stage of our investment, which covers a net production area of 4,500 m2, integrates a roof type solar power plant with a capacity of 535 kilowatts. The surplus of electricity is redistributed through the grid and allows a drastic decrease of our carbon footprint. Our factory, which invest in brand new equipment from the latest technology, will offer a wide range of paper and flexible packaging, preformed or in reels.
